A Fourscore experience
1. Sorrow and Repentance for separation from the Heavenly Father
2.Complete remorse for sin even crying out sincerely to Abba for forgiveness
3. Opening and healing of the inner eye leading to witnessing the Christ
4. Resolving to live in the Spirit by undergoing the personal sacrifices of an unselfish life, enduring the Cross of penance, building faith in obedience to the Word, Yeshua, The Way.
Opening Witness
I, R. Leal Minister for Christ, I am a witness to your faith in our Heavenly Father against an unbelieving world. That is the focal point of my ministry. I am honored to assist you in coming to Yeshua, Our Salvation. I pledge to be a witness to your
repentance and salvation through Him, Our Salvation.
Preliminary Considerations
Worldly Persecutions
First consider that in coming fully under the covenant of the Heavenly Father and Creator will cause the world to hate you. What makes the world hate those who follow Yeshua?
The fact that you are here is your very confession of Yeshua against an unbelieving world. You have thrown off the natural man at least for an hour in favor of the one seeking the Spirit of the Christ.
This is why the world hates those who follow Yeshua.
In fact we come here in danger and great peril when we assemble. We are no different here in America than the underground churches of Asia and the Middle East. In our day and times there are those who think they are awake. There are those who want to dismantle the holy temple of the Christ which is really the unity and the assembly of followers of (Yeshua) gathered together in His Name.
Acknowledgement of Our Own Shortcoming and Sin
Why did Yeshua say there is no one good but the Father?
All of what the world thinks of as virtue is but dirty rags in the presence of the Father. We cannot on our own merits ascend back to the Father in clean robes without the intercession of Yeshua, without the great work of redemption for the souls of men.
Have you ever heard anyone say “oh he needs Jesus”? Well I am here to tell you that we all need the Heavenly Father, but we need to call our Heavenly Father by His real name. None of us, saved or unsaved will ever achieve the perfection of Yeshua by ourselves. Why do the unsaved believe that good works will save them? The unsaved tend to prescribe to a lie perpetrated by the father of lies that if we do good that we will reap good karma and not bad, that if we follow our good intentions, we will get what we want. In fact the prince of this world incorporates this dogma into all worldly religions through the ideal of charity and devotion to false names and false images of the Divine. But it does not get one any closer to the Living Father, your true root and Creator.
My friends, this lie is the single most dangerous trap for the unsaved and it often prevents them from coming fully toward the Heavenly Father for which there needs be NO mediator. Yet Yeshua came in His Name as the Father and we failed to receive Him. Why can a belief in good works become a denial of the powerful work of Redemption?
There are four spirits of vice contrary to virtue which directly separate us from the Living Father:
1. Denial and his daughter Self-righteousness.
2. Self-righteousness and her son, Pride
3. Pride and his daughter Envy
If you deny the truth of Yeshua, this leads to a life of imposing the kind of self-righteousness that makes you declare your own good works are your perfection. That leads you ultimately to become proud of yourself making you believe you deserve the Creator’s blessings, mercy and love. With time, you even begin to think you deserve the same position Yeshua has in heaven. This is the greatest error of all. You begin to feel envy of Yeshua, a desire to become your own god and do whatever is fitting in your own imperfect eyes to replace Him. And then, like the Fallen Angels you fall into a great churning whirlpool of deception, error and ignorance: in which is expressed multitude of violations of the commandments of the Living Father. So seekers, don’t fall into error. Don’t think that by denying Yeshua you can spend time doing good works that you think will earn you merit in Heaven. Don’t see yourself as better than the worse sinner on earth. Instead recognize yourselves all as desperately in need of salvation. For otherwise, this slowly will become your unraveling which is a device that lies in
wait as a snare created by the enemy. And don’t use your privilege as the numbered few in the body unity of followers of Yeshua as a way to puff yourself up and glorify your status with
Yeshua in the face of others.
Yeshua said only that we are numbered as Saints, but He did not say we are now as He is. He said why do you say “I am good”. For there is no one that is good but the Father who is good. What He meant was why do you call yourselves good and say that any man can be good or worthy when only Yeshua can rightly be called good? All good things come only from the Living Father. not man.
Making yourself believe you are good automatically puts you in a position to desire to be as Yeshua or in other words to desire to be your own god in your own life! Isn’t this the envy that got angels thrown from heaven? They wanted to usurp the position of Yeshua because they believed they all were perfect. Those four vices that lead to perdition. denial of truth, self righteousness, pride, envy...
The 2nd step
Your need to cry out to and reconcile with Your Heavenly Father
So what of virtue and good works and trying to honor Yeshua with these? Should we just NOT try to do anything good at all? And how will we know if we are saved and set apart from the world? This act of complete humility and sincerity will be noticed by the Heavenly Father, substantiated by Yeshua, The Christ, supported and sustained by the Spirit of the Living Eternal One. In your realization of your spiritual poverty, you must cry out to Abba.
The 3rd step
Discerning the sign of forgiveness and restoration
My friends, there are 3 qualities that are signs but not virtues that distinguish us as saved, not perfect. It is proof that your inner eye is healed and opening, that you are forgiven and cleansed and you will soon be able to hear and see and experience the invisible Wisdom and Light and Truth and Grace of the Spirit. The first is that you are searching for Yeshua. You are earnestly seeking the laws and precepts of His Torah and searching after His wisdom. Do you know any among you like this? They will find it.
The second is that you are sincerely repentant and sorrowful for your sinfulness. If you are to receive the covering of the price paid for you through Yeshua you must desire to change your sinful mind and nature. You must desire to walk away from the world and reject all its trappings. And you must confess Him who has died in your place in the world. But you cannot do this yourself. You must ask Yeshua for the grace to help you overcome sin and the world, confessing Yeshua, and open the door to a life spent walking with Him! If you do not ask, you will not receive.
Didn’t
He say this? When Yeshua told us this, He wasn’t talking about anything else. He was talking only about asking for a true repentance, a change of life and spirit. To get any other blessing from Yeshua and for your other prayers to be answered, you must first experience a true repentance for which you must ask in a true state of sorrow for your fallenness.
The third is not so obvious. But it is a powerful reminder that we need and are able to enjoy the protection and power of the Presence of Yeshua all the time. It is our desire to spend time with Him, getting to know Him, in full devotional intimacy, a sincere and honest spiritual prostration before Him, an act of humble surrender, a complete engagement of prayerful repose. How often we as seekers do this is the real measure of how much we could love Him. Our love however is imperfect but He is the other part of that relationship which satisfies our deficiency if we would only spend as much time with Him as we do our cell phones, our social media, our jobs, our sports, watching the stock markets, etc.
And yet the world doesn’t know anything about and doesn’t include this kind of love in its dictionaries. If it does, you will be hard pressed to find it, I challenge you. Look it up. ‘love of The Living Father'. It is found nowhere. Let us conclude not with a mantra, an affirmation or a chant. Let us conclude with a resolute prayer.
Prayer:
Dear Father I confess through Yeshua, that it is only You that is good. I want to seek your laws and precepts and wisdom to taste what is in You, that is good. Help me to experience a true repentance. Give me the grace to turn my back against the world and to turn my face to You. Teach me, help me make the space in my life for You and take everything out that threatens my salvation. Help me to commit to You. Give me power to do so. Protect me from all temptations and the snares of the evil one. May it be all for Your Glory Alone, in the name of Yeshua I pray. Amen.
When you have brought yourself to third step, you will marvel at what you can do with the fourth step!
AMEN. MAY IT BE SO IN THE NAME OF YESHUA! ALLELUYA!
